Daniel J. Sullivan
Attorney

With a distinguished career spanning public service and private practice, Daniel J. Sullivan, Esq. has established himself as a prominent legal professional in New York. Since 2007, he has been the principal attorney of the Law Offices of Daniel J. Sullivan, Esq., where he manages a robust general practice focused on criminal defense, immigration, real estate, and civil litigation. 

Mr. Sullivan earned his Juris Doctor on an academic scholarship from Touro College Law Center, where he demonstrated early leadership as President of the Emerald Law Society and as a Student Government Representative. He is currently the President of the Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association for 2025-2026 and serves on the Assigned Counsel Defender Plan’s Felony Panel. 

Before entering private practice, Mr. Sullivan built an impressive prosecutorial record as a Senior Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County. During his tenure, he was assigned to several elite bureaus, including the Major Crime Bureau, where he prosecuted high-level felonies, and the Economic Crime Bureau, where he investigated and prosecuted complex white-collar cases. His prosecutorial experience also includes serving as the Village Prosecutor for the Village of Islandia in addition to serving as an appointed Member of the Islip Town Zoning Board of Appeals, where he has adjudicated land use and zoning cases since 2012. He also lends his proficiency to the Suffolk County Attorney’s Office, handling sensitive "Raise the Age" juvenile detention hearings. 

Mr. Sullivan possesses extensive immigration expertise, enabling him to navigate intricate immigration laws and assist clients with a broad spectrum of matters, including visa applications, green card petitions, naturalization, and deportation defense. His experience spans family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, and humanitarian relief, ensuring comprehensive legal support for individuals and families aspiring to reside and work in the United States.

Jerry Gentile
Founder

Former President and CEO, EE.UU. Center for Legal Immigration and Labor Inc. (Est. 1986) Jerry Gentile began his career as a Border Patrol Agent, Immigration Inspector, and Criminal Investigator with USCIS (formerly United States Immigration and Naturalization Service, INS). He was a 10 year Delegate for the Independence Party, and a Philanthropist.

 

He graduated from the Border Patrol Academy, the INS Immigration Inspector School, and the Advanced U.S. Dept. of Justice Criminal Investigator Academy. He is the recipient of 2 Meritorious Service Awards from the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Gentile has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at El Paso, a Master of Science degree from Long Island University, and an Honorary Doctorate in Immigration Law from Adam Smith University. He is a certified Special Education teacher and entrepreneur.

 

Jerry had been with EE.UU. Center for Legal Immigration, now EUA Immigration Services for 37 years. He has had an extensive amount of experience with the Immigration Laws of the United States and with people from all over the world. Mr. Gentile has been a guest speaker on a number of television programs as an advocate for immigrants in the United States. He has advised President George H. W. Gabriella Kretzdorn
Director

Gabriella has worked with the Law Offices of Daniel J. Sullivan since 2012. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina, where she graduated early with cum laude honors. A certified paralegal, she is bilingual in Spanish and English, holds dual citizenship, and is conversationally fluent in Portuguese. She has successfully assisted thousands of immigrants in obtaining legal status in the United States and has worked on numerous criminal and family law cases alongside Daniel Sullivan and other attorneys.
